Cancellation
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking platform, applies to all reservations. Refunds are not provided for weather-related events or natural disasters. In the event a refund is issued, applicable credit card processing fees will be deducted. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the pre-arrival check-in process.

A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. If you prefer not to drive, transportation options are available throughout the area, including the Gatlinburg Trolley system and the Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley, as well as Uber, Lyft, local taxis, and private shuttle services.
