The space

The main level opens into a connected kitchen, dining area, and living room — warm, open, and easy to relax in. The fireplace anchors one end of the space while mountain views through the kitchen window balance the other. Upstairs, the open loft holds a king log bed positioned directly toward Mt. LeConte, along with a full bathroom and a second TV — quiet, private, and hard to leave in the morning. Back on the main level, a twin log bed with trundle and a sleeper sofa offer comfortable space for families or small groups while still keeping the home feeling personal. The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals, with butcher block counters and a wine cork backsplash that gives it a character all its own. Outside, the wooden porch holds a 6-person hot tub under string lights, a fire pit just off the deck, and a charcoal grill along the side of the home. A short walk leads to the neighborhood fishing pond, where the quiet tends to stretch a little longer.

Neighborhood

Pine and Peak sits in the heart of Gatlinburg's Arts and Crafts Community — one of the more quietly rewarding corners of the Smoky Mountains, lined with working studios, local galleries, pottery shops, and some of the most genuine dining in the area. It's the side of Gatlinburg that rewards guests who slow down long enough to find it. Everything else is close when you want it — downtown Gatlinburg, the Strip, the national park, Ober Gatlinburg, hiking trails, white water rafting, zip lines, dinner shows, and more.

Pre-Arrival Check-In
After booking, you'll receive a secure pre-arrival link to complete a brief online check-in prior to your stay. This quick step helps us confirm your reservation details and ensure a smooth, secure arrival. Your preferred stay protection option (refundable deposit or protection waiver) will be selected during this step. Any applicable pet fees are also collected during this step. Once completed, you'll gain access to everything you need for your stay — including detailed property information, local recommendations, our Smoky Mountain coupon guide, and your door code (released 24 hours before check-in).

Dog Policy
✓ Up to 2 dogs allowed
✓ 50 pounds or less per dog
✓ Dogs only — no other pets
✓ Must be house-trained and current on vaccinations with flea and tick protection
✓ Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside
✓ Dogs must be kenneled when left alone inside the cabin
✓ Pet fee: $50 per dog per stay, collected during pre-arrival check-in

A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
✓ The loft staircase is steep — guests with mobility limitations may find the upper level difficult to access. Keep in mind the only full shower in the home is located in the loft bathroom
✓ The main level bedroom has a private toilet and sink, but no shower or tub — everyone in the home will use the loft bathroom to shower
✓ The driveway has a noticeable but manageable incline — up to 2 vehicles can park at the top near the front door. A flatter parking area is available at the bottom of the hill, which requires climbing steps to reach the entrance. All-wheel drive or high-clearance vehicles are recommended during winter months

Guest Requirements & Property Security
Primary guest must be 21+ years of age. Exterior compliant security cameras monitor entrances and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home. Environmental sensors detect indoor smoking, vaping, or excessive noise levels.

Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, applies to all reservations. Refunds are not provided for weather or disaster related events. In the event a refund is issued, applicable credit card processing fees will be deducted. For added peace of mind, flexible cancellation options and travel insurance are both available after placing your reservation.

Getting Around

A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. If you prefer not to drive, transportation options are available throughout the area, including the Gatlinburg Trolley system and the Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley, as well as Uber, Lyft, local taxis, and private shuttle services.
